Albavilla, Como in Italy
The main villa of our Case History is located in Albavilla, in the province of Como. Immersed in an enchanting green area, it dominates from above the hills of the protected natural area of the Valle del Lambro Regional Park and Lake Pusiano, in Brianza. The Lambro Valley Park, established in 1983, sees the lakes region as an area of great naturalistic interest.
The renovation of the building has confronted the owners with the need to align with current legislation and regularize the systems adopted for the treatment of domestic wastewater.
Taking into account the characteristics of the structure, the choice of an ECOROCK system with BIOROCK® technology for the biological purification of wastewater with 100% eco-sustainable natural percolation was defined as the best solution, with reuse of the existing primary system and dispersion to the ground as final delivery of outgoing waters.
